At ImageFIRST, we may provide medical laundry services in the San Diego area, but we also love hearing stories about the small things that our associates do every day that affect the lives of their customers and the patients they serve. Today, we share with you a heartwarming story that comes from one of the ImageFIRST facility in North Carolina.
When it comes to our team at ImageFIRST, we like to do more than just provide medical scrub uniforms in San Diego, CA, as well as a remarkable experience for our customers. We also endeavor to make a positive impact on our community by serving people in need. For example, our Corporate Office recently volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia, which supports St. Christopher’s Hospital.
For the past four years, ImageFIRST has set aside one special company-wide event—ImageFIRST Day—to honor our associates and participate in community giving events. This year's ImageFIRST Day took place on Friday, January 27, 2017, and celebrated our associates at each location, as they are at the heart of our company's purpose.
Here at ImageFIRST Los Angeles, we are much more than a leading provider of patient apparel, medical scrubs and uniforms in San Diego, and many of the other cities surrounding LA. Our purpose is to build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers and their patients. This is why in addition to offering uniforms and scrubs in San Diego, and many other cities, we actively give back to the communities that we serve all throughout the year.
The fall 2016 season is looking to be a big one for us here at ImageFIRST®, as we are excited to announce that we will be attending the MGMA 2016 Annual Conference in San Francisco, California from Sunday, October 30, 2016 to Wednesday, November 2, 2016.
Here at ImageFIRST Los Angeles, we are much more than just your typical provider of patient gowns, scrubs, and uniforms in and around Rancho Cucamonga, CA and other cities in Southern California. We make it one of our many duties to help all of our clients stay abreast of the latest developments, changes, and studies done in the healthcare industry.
It takes a village to help an animal.
Yes, we know, that’s not exactly how the adage goes, but this updated version applies more relevantly to one of our recent community service endeavors.
And speaking of the word “community,” think about this: If you ask 1000 people what it means to be a valuable member of one, you’ll probably get 1000 different answers. But, regardless of the specifics, we can all agree that community is important, period. If you ask us, there’s another word that’s integral in answering that question, and ironically (or not), it sounds a lot like community.
When ImageFIRST LA was founded, the company aimed to do much, much more than simply provide sanitized linens, gowns and medical scrubs in Los Angeles. Rather, along with committing themselves to remarkable services and products, ImageFIRST LA and locations across the nation also made a promise to dedicate their time and resources to helping the communities around them, including their clients and the patients who rely on their medical care.
